Point of sale
A full till built in — not a separate product to buy or reconcile against. Runs on standard tablet hardware a store can buy off the shelf: iPad or Android tablet, no proprietary till hardware to buy or maintain.
A separate till system means a separate catalog, a separate stock count, and a reconciliation job at the end of every day.
The till
One catalog, one stock count
Runs off the exact same catalog, pricing, discounts, tax and stock as the online store, so online and in-store sales are always one number, not two to reconcile.
Quick-payment checkout
Per-item order notes and a category/image-driven product picker designed for speed at the counter, with card-reader hardware support and QR-code payment.
Barcode scanning
Plug in any handheld USB/Bluetooth barcode reader — scan a product straight into the cart, no searching required. Scan a quantity first to add several at once.
Full keyboard operation
Search, add to cart, adjust the ticket, and take payment without touching the screen, with an on-screen shortcut reference.
Connecting a customer to the sale
Find or create a customer in seconds
By name or phone number, or create a new one on the spot with just a phone number and a name — no app install, no password.
Real loyalty on every till sale
Once connected, the sale shows their points balance and VIP tier, earns them real loyalty points and cashback, lets staff redeem a reward off the running total, and lets the customer pay from their own wallet.
Retroactive attach
If a customer only mentions their number after paying, staff can still attach them to that sale and the points/cashback are credited retroactively.
Receipts
Configurable printed receipts
58mm or 80mm paper, number of copies, logo, tax-invoice/TRN heading, which fees and totals show, QR code and barcode, custom header/footer text — with a live preview on the settings page.
Currency symbols that print correctly
Pound, dollar and yen print as the right symbol on whatever thermal printer a store already owns. Currencies whose symbol no thermal printer carries — dirham, rupee, riyal — print as their three-letter code instead of a wrong character.
Full Arabic receipts
Arabic store names, item names and notes print correctly shaped and right-to-left on receipts, daily totals, kitchen tickets and kiosk tokens alike.
