Delivery & rider dispatch
Every delivery order assigned, tracked, and confirmed without a phone call — with live status the customer can see from Ready to Ship through to Delivered.
Dispatching by phone call doesn't scale past a handful of riders, and a customer with no visibility into where their order is will call to ask.
Getting an order to a rider
Three dispatch modes
Manual (an admin assigns from a dispatch board), Auto (the system assigns the best available rider), or Offer (eligible riders are offered the job and the first to accept wins). A store with one rider can turn on auto-assign for that single rider.
A real dispatch board
Live-updating, showing every delivery order by state alongside a rider rail — who's online, how loaded they are, when they were last seen.
A rebuilt rider app
Duty status, a live offer screen with a countdown, one clear "what do I do next" screen per delivery, in-app earnings and cash-on-hand tracking, and a tablet-friendly layout.
Multi-drop runs
A rider can carry several nearby orders in one trip when the store turns batching on.
Riders and payouts
Delivery partners (optional, off by default)
Let people outside your own staff apply to ride for you — application, document upload, and an approval queue — through the exact same dispatch engine.
Configurable proof of delivery
A doorstep photo, a code the customer reads out, a signature, or none — the store's choice, and it can require it specifically for cash-on-delivery orders.
Rider payouts and cash reconciliation
Per-drop and/or per-kilometre payout rates, and a cash-in-hand balance per rider that the store settles against.
Office staff can move a delivery too
Mark an order picked up, on the way, or failed straight from the Orders list on a rider's behalf, scoped to exactly which stages the store allows.
Zones and tracking
Delivery zones
Price and restrict delivery by area/polygon, distance band, postal/ZIP list, or make it available everywhere — set by the store, enforced automatically at checkout, and works even in regions without a formal postal-code system.
The customer sees their rider
Name, vehicle, and (if the store allows it) a call button, right on the order-tracking screen, plus their delivery code when that's the chosen proof of delivery.
